While we await the fresh crop of our beloved Las Delas Monte Carmelo, we've worked with great care to create a blend that honours its flavour profile — smooth, sweet, and beautifully balanced.

This is our classic signature blend, a thoughtful combination of Brazil and Guatemala origins that has been performing wonderfully since we launched it. Our Guatemala is sourced directly from smallholder farmers in the highlands of Huehuetenango. And our Brazil is Goldcrest sourced from Cerrado Mineiro region.

Our based is all natural and based off the seasons, because of this we can only provide certain coffee roasts at certain times of year! This allows us to keep providing you with new flavours and tastes every season!
